Product Introduction


Working Principle of the Electric Heating Wood Grain Transfer Furnace Production Line

1. This equipment uses vacuum-sealed bag transfer to apply wood-grain patterns. After the transfer process, the surface of the product exhibits highly realistic wood-grain and marble-like effects. The products are primarily suitable for thermal transfer onto metal surfaces that have undergone treatments such as spraying, baking varnish, or electrophoresis.                                 

1. Furnace body

A basic component used for assembling other parts and providing thermal insulation. It consists of an outer shell, insulating material, frame, and other components.

2. Heating temperature control system

The electrical control system consists of an electrical cabinet, including a PLC, touch screen, solenoid valves, switches, and more. Power requirements: three-phase four-wire AC 380V, 130 kW (for heating purposes). All drag-chain cables are high-flexibility, break-resistant cables from well-known brands.

3. Vacuum adsorption device

It consists of a liquid-ring vacuum pump, pipelines, vacuum suction heads, a frame, and a walking feed mechanism, enabling the suction and application of wood-grain and stone-pattern paper films.

4. Reverse-blowing film device

The medium-pressure fan is connected to the vacuum extraction head. After the profile exits the furnace, reverse blowing is performed on the film, facilitating rapid film removal and improving production efficiency.

5. Vacuum-assisted frame

It consists of a fixed support, a movable vacuum rack, and a water tank. It serves as the working platform for loading and unloading profiles into and out of the furnace.

Insulation Structure and Materials

Aluminosilicate glass fiber cotton + high-quality rock wool fiberglass cotton with a density of 80 kg; the insulation layer is approximately 250 mm thick on the side.   It boasts excellent energy-saving and thermal insulation performance.

Wind-assisted transportation method

Down-supply and return recycling mode; adjustable air outlet.

Wind channel material

Made by hydraulic bending of 2mm galvanized steel sheet.
