WORKING PRINCIPLE OF WOOD GRAIN TRANSFER PRINTING MACHINE
This aluminum wood grain transfer furnace adopts bag extraction vacuum transfer printing technology, which achieves high-fidelity reproduction of wood grain, marble, and various decorative patterns on the surface of processed products. It is specially designed for thermal transfer printing on metal surfaces with pre-treatments such as spraying, baking, and electrophoresis.
1. Furnace Body
The core structural foundation for assembling all components and providing thermal insulation. Composed of an outer steel shell, high-quality thermal insulation material, and a heavy-duty frame, ensuring stable thermal performance and durable structural support.
2. Heating & Temperature Control System
An integrated electrical control system housed in a dedicated electrical cabinet, equipped with PLC, touchscreen, solenoid valves, and control switches.
- Power Specifications: Three-phase four-wire AC380V (16KW for gas-fired type; 130KW for electric-fired type)
- Cable Quality: All drag chain cables adopt high-flexibility, break-resistant cables from well-known brands to ensure long-term reliable operation.
3. Vacuum Adhesion Device
Consists of a water ring vacuum pump, precision piping, vacuum suction heads, a load-bearing frame, and a walking feed mechanism. Its core function is to tightly attach wood/stone pattern films to the surface of profiles, ensuring uniform adhesion for clear pattern transfer.
4. Film Reverse-Blow Device
Connects a medium-pressure blower to the vacuum suction heads. After profiles exit the heating furnace, the device performs instant reverse air blowing to rapidly separate the transfer film from the product surface, significantly improving production efficiency and finish quality.
5. Vacuum Auxiliary Frame
Serves as the operational workbench for profile loading and unloading, comprising a fixed support bracket, a movable vacuum frame, and a water tank. It ensures stable positioning of profiles during the transfer process, guaranteeing the accuracy and consistency of pattern application.
