Profile Shaping Process
The machine adopts a scientific and efficient working principle: A number of driving rollers and driven rollers are installed on the vertical frame. For profiles with different cross-sectional shapes, thin wall thickness, and arc-shaped sections, the position, quantity, and spacing of the main and auxiliary shaping wheels are adjusted to achieve precise correction and shaping of the profiles, ensuring the surface flatness and angle accuracy of the finished products.
