1. Complete Integrated Configuration: Equipped with stable infeed and outfeed conveyor systems, automatically adjustable vertical transmission rollers, and auto-positioning horizontal pressure rollers for seamless profile conveying and stable clamping. Profile Polishing Process
The machine follows a standardized, efficient and stable fully automatic polishing process, ensuring consistent mirror effect finishing for every profile:
1. Automatic Feeding & Positioning: The aluminum profile to be treated is sent into the enclosed polishing chamber steadily through the special feed conveyor. The system automatically adjusts the position and clamping pressure of the polishing wheel assembly according to the profile’s cross-sectional shape and actual dimensions, realizing adaptive clamping and positioning.
2. High-Speed Precision Polishing: After startup, the eight groups of four-way polishing wheels drive professional abrasive particles (nylon grit, aluminum oxide particles and other special abrasives) to rotate at high speed, making full and even contact with the profile surface to generate controllable friction.
3. Defect Removal & Mirror Finishing: Through high-precision frictional grinding, the equipment completely removes surface oxide layers, burrs and scratches, and uses the elastic deformation of abrasives to refine the profile surface layer by layer, finally presenting a bright, flat and non-blurred mirror effect.
4. Dust Removal & Automatic Discharging: The matched dust extraction system runs synchronously throughout the process, collecting and removing grinding dust in real time to keep the working environment clean and avoid secondary contamination. The finished profile with mirror effect is then transported out smoothly via the discharge conveyor.
