This professional Mold Press Machine is a specialized hydraulic mold processing machinery designed exclusively for aluminum extrusion production lines, dedicated to post-extrusion mold cleaning and residual material treatment. Powered by a stable vertical hydraulic system, it efficiently punches out residual waste aluminum left inside extrusion dies, greatly improving the scrap aluminum recovery rate and reducing material waste. Main Performance
Efficient Hydraulic Waste Removal: Equipped with a high-power vertical hydraulic cylinder that drives the middle movable plate to run stably, equipped with special ejector pins to accurately and thoroughly punch out residual waste aluminum and leftover materials inside the extrusion die. The hydraulic-driven operation delivers strong and stable pressure, ensuring complete cleaning of mold residues without damaging the mold body.
Boost Scrap Aluminum Recovery: Targeted residual material punching design effectively collects and recycles waste aluminum inside molds, turning unusable residual materials into recyclable scrap, significantly improving the overall scrap aluminum recovery rate of the production line and cutting down material loss costs.
