Main Performance
Hydraulic Precision Mold Clamping: Equipped with high-power vertical hydraulic cylinders that stably drive the central movable plate, applying uniform and controllable pressure to securely clamp and fasten the upper and lower mold assemblies in place. The hydraulic system ensures stable pressure output and even stress distribution on the mold, achieving tight and accurate die closing.
Eliminate Manual Hammering: Fully replaces the traditional manual hammering method for mold assembly, completely getting rid of heavy manual labor and the safety risks associated with manual operation.
