High-Grade Stainless Steel Inner Chamber: The inner furnace chamber is fabricated from 3mm-thick 316L stainless steel plates with seamless welding technology, delivering outstanding high-temperature resistance, oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance, suitable for long-term continuous high-temperature operation without deformation or damage.

Heavy-Duty Outer Shell & Superior Insulation: The outer shell adopts 3mm-thick seamless welded hot-rolled steel plates for robust structural stability, filled internally with 300mm-thick high-quality alumina-silica glass fiber insulation boards, effectively locking internal heat, reducing energy loss and ensuring external surface safety.

Dual-Layer Thermal Insulation Design: The inner wall of the stainless steel furnace liner is equipped with 65mm-thick refractory insulation bricks, coated with professional far-infrared heat radiation paint, forming a dual-layer insulation structure that enhances heat transfer efficiency and further improves thermal insulation performance.

Reinforced Ceramic Heating Tube: Built with a Φ22mm stainless steel tube inserted into the ceramic tube to boost overall rigidity, effectively preventing ceramic breakage during high-temperature use and prolonging the service life of core heating components.

Premium German Circulation Fan: Configured with a high-quality German VEM brand high-speed, high-stability large air circulation fan with 1.1kW power, featuring a service life three times longer than ordinary domestic motors. Equipped with reinforced 316L stainless steel fan blades, it maintains stable air pressure and air volume during long-term operation, ensuring uniform heat distribution inside the furnace.

Intelligent Temperature Control System: The control circuit adopts imported Japanese Mitsubishi AC contactor and Yangming digital temperature controller, building a fully automatic temperature control system. With a 12kW heating element power, the maximum operating temperature can reach ≤800°C, realizing precise and stable temperature control.

Full-Function Monitoring & Protection: The monitoring circuit is fitted with a rail-mounted D52-2042 dual-display digital voltmeter and ammeter, clearly displaying real-time operating voltage and current for intuitive equipment status monitoring. It is also equipped with a dedicated over-temperature protection alarm circuit, providing timely alerts for abnormal conditions to fully guarantee safe and stable equipment operation.

High-Temperature Resistant Mold Trolley: The mold-holding trolley is constructed with stainless steel channel steel and angle steel for durability. Its four core load-bearing bearings adopt imported high-temperature resistant bearings suitable for 1000°C working conditions, ensuring smooth, stable and long-lasting operation even in extreme high-temperature environments.
