Product Overview
This pillow-type heat shrink packaging machine is a highly efficient and versatile automatic packaging equipment, integrating film wrapping and heat shrink functions into one integrated unit. It adopts professional pillow-type packaging design and uniform far-infrared heating technology, realizing fully automatic, standardized and efficient product packaging. It not only provides all-round tight protection for various products, but also optimizes product appearance, enhances product grade, and achieves excellent moisture-proof, dust-proof, anti-scratch and anti-pollution effects, making it an ideal packaging solution for batch production, warehousing and logistics transportation in multiple industries.
Working Principle
The pillow-type heat shrink packaging machine completes the whole packaging process through scientific and stable thermal shrinkage and mechanical conveying principles, with a smooth and continuous workflow: Products to be packaged are stably conveyed forward through the special conveyor belt of the machine, and the special heat shrink film automatically covers the surface of the products in a pillow-type wrapping way. Then the packaged products enter the shrink tunnel, where the built-in heating device heats the shrink film evenly; after the film is softened to a proper degree, the strong circulating hot air in the shrink tunnel acts on the film surface, making it shrink rapidly and uniformly, and tightly adhere to the product surface without wrinkles, bubbles or looseness. This mature packaging technology not only realizes full-range physical protection for products, but also greatly improves the overall appearance quality and display effect of finished products.
