Equipment Overview
This L-type fully automatic film wrapping machine is an integrated high-efficiency packaging equipment, combining L-type film sealing and cutting and fully automatic heat shrink packaging functions in one complete unit. It can automatically complete the whole process of automatic film feeding, wrapping, sealing, cutting, heat shrinking and cooling without manual intervention, realizing fully automated one-stop packaging. Featuring a compact and streamlined appearance, robust and stable mechanical structure, and small floor area, this equipment is highly adaptable and can be flexibly placed in various production workshops, assembly lines and small and medium-sized production sites, meeting the needs of batch automated packaging across multiple industries.
Working Principle
The machine follows a standardized, continuous and fully automatic workflow, with each process linked smoothly to ensure stable and efficient packaging, and the complete working principle is divided into four core steps:
Automatic Film Feeding & Wrapping: The equipment realizes automatic and stable feeding of special heat shrink film, accurately wrapping the film around the product through the professional L-type track and conveying mechanism, ensuring the film covers the product completely and evenly without offset or looseness.
Automatic Sealing & Cutting: Once the film wrapping is finished, the built-in high-precision sealing and cutting system starts immediately, performing instant sealing and neat cutting on the heat shrink film. The sealing edge is firm and flat, and the cutting edge is smooth without burrs, ensuring the film fits the product outline perfectly.
Heat Shrinking Treatment: After sealing and cutting, the semi-packaged product is automatically conveyed into the heat shrink chamber. The internal constant-temperature heating device heats the film evenly, triggering the thermal shrinkage property of the film to make it shrink rapidly and tightly cling to the product surface, achieving complete protection, moisture-proof, dust-proof and aesthetic packaging effects.
Cooling & Shaping: Equipped with a special cooling and shaping system, it quickly cools the packaged product after heat shrinking. This step ensures the shrink film solidifies rapidly and adheres more firmly and smoothly to the product surface, avoiding film rebound or wrinkles, and finalizing the perfect packaging shape.
